The Oakdale Estate owned by Goodman is strategically located across both Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek and forms part of the Western Sydney Employment Area (WSEA) lands. The Horsley Drive Business Park – Stage 2 is a multi-stage industrial precinct for some 88,700m2 GFA, across 226,092m2 of site area. Ason Group has been involved in the project since the start with the Concept Plan for Western Sydney Parklands Trust, prior to the site being purchased by Charter
Ason Group assisted a Planning Proposal submission in relation to a new Private Hospital at 61-71 Goulburn Street, Liverpool. The Concept Plan developed by Team2 and RobertsDay proposes a 20-storey healthcare facility opposite the existing Liverpool Public Hospital. It envisages: 32,280m 2 GFA of building area, including approximately 353m 2
