South Village, Kirrawee Brick Pit

Through our past experiences in the approval of the Concept Plan, Ason Group has been involved within the final Development Application stages of the Kirrawee Brickpit redevelopment. The development will provide apartment living for approximately 750 units, a retail centre and a community facility. As part of the project, Ason Group had undertaken:

  • A comprehensive review of traffic assessments relating to the previous Part 3A approval
  • A study of traffic demand generated by large format retail developments
  • A revised study of the traffic impacts of the development based on recent research by the Roads and Maritime Services
  • A review of the committed road infrastructure upgrades to support the development
  • Advice and assessment of internal road design, car parking, loading access at both the Development Application stage and the post approval (Construction Certificate) stage
